Well enough about that...you are here to learn something about the great fitness lifestyle, not to read some nonsense about a old dude, who, most likely was fit and swole...i mean, he was after all the vicious Count Dracula...now I've really gone far away from the subject on hand:))....time to get back on track.
So, if you are sick and tired of reading or hearing stuff that you don't really understand about dieting, exercising, stuff that you find on various websites.
The problem here is that most of these, so called, fitness or bodybuilding sites, give you false information with the intention of making you believe that you need a bunch of supplements to achieve your goals.
You often articles made by bodybuilders, where they say that, taking this and that supplement made them gain muscle or burn fat. And you see them make that annoying "before and after" comparasion. That my friends is bullsh#t....supplements just like the name implies, are a way to replace something that you lack on taking from your diet..things like, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, they are not a "must need". We will talk about them in future post's.
Another thing that you read on those websites is about workout programs made by people who compete on various bodybuilding competitions. Like you may know, those people obtained their physic with the help of allot of substances. The point is...these programs are not bad, but they are not good for you. Many of them have a large amount of exercises with to much sets or reps. As a natural, you need a specific workout program made so that you get the most of a max 1 and a half hour time spent in the gym.
Again.....i got way of track....

Everything you will find on this blog is well documented, pure and solid information followed by some pure comedy...cuz we all love to laugh a little. I shall do my best to post information in a way so that everyone can understand and imply it on a practical way.
I will search and collect only the best information and incorporate the things that I've learned through all these years of working out and doing sports.

Now that's a big ass introduction for a fitness blog...but...what the heck...nothing is simple when it comes to working out and eating the right foods.
